Need a different size, or did your item arrive damaged? We offer a 10-day replacement and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
When Can You Request a Replacement?
- Manufacturing or Printing Defects: Faulty print or manufacturing defect
- Delivery Damage: Parcel or product damaged in transit
- Size Issues: Exchange for a different size (same design only)
- Custom Designs: Eligible only for manufacturing/printing defects or delivery damage
Voided Replacements
DTF prints require specific care. Your replacement will be voided if inspection finds:
- Direct iron marks on the DTF print
- Signs the shirt has been washed, worn, or bleached
- Missing original tags and packaging
How It Works
- Initiate: Message us on WhatsApp (+92)-339-955-3321 or email info@pairsone.com within 10 days. Include order number, reason, and photos
- Ship it Back: Send the item to our facility via courier
- Inspection: Our team verifies the item meets unworn/unwashed criteria
- Dispatch: Upon approval, your replacement ships immediately
