Our 10-Day Return Guarantee

At PairsOne, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Your T-shirt must meet these conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed (washing alters the garment's original state)
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

Custom Designs (Non-Returnable)

Custom-designed shirts cannot be returned for a refund, as they are made specifically for you. However, if a custom shirt arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for a replacement (see our Replacement Policy).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing/printing defect, you are fully entitled to a return.

Voided Returns (Important Care Notice)

Our shirts feature high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints. Your return will be voided and rejected if the garment shows signs of:

  • Direct ironing on the printed design
  • Use of bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Damage from improper machine washing

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92)-339-955-3321 or email info@pairsone.com within 10 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (attach photos if damaged)
  3. Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse address

Inspection & Refunds

  • Once received, our quality team will inspect the garment
  • Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed
  • Advance Payment Deduction: For orders paid via advance payment (Card, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash), a 4% deduction applies to cover non-refundable gateway charges
